Art Therapy allows clients to express themselves in a non-verbal and non-threatening way. This is extremely beneficial for those individuals who may find it difficult to communicate their feelings or experiences through traditional talk therapy. Art Therapy has been successful to help individuals cope with anxiety, depression, trauma and relationships, to name a few.
